The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves managing an executive , overseeing content creation, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid search.

Designation : Lead – Digital Marketing
Preference 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience

Job Responsibilities:
• Online Campaigns: create and run digital marketing campaigns like social media ads, email marketing, and paid search ads.
• Social Media: Manage and update social media accounts (like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and interact with followers.
• SEO: Improve website’s ranking on search engines like Google.
• Content Creation: Write and upload content on the website, social media, and emails.
• Reports: Check the performance of online campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Monitoring:



Monitoring and responding to member reviews (Eg: 7A website, TripAdvisor, Google Reviews) and social media.
• Engagement with members: Encouraging satisfied customers to leave positive reviews about 7A and addressing any negative feedback promptly.
• Member’s Testimonies: Gathering and showcasing testimonials from satisfied customers to build trust and credibility.
• Campaign performance: Analsye & track the success /performance of campaigns.

Skills
o Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email platforms.
o Familiar with SEO and social media marketing.
o Solid writing and communication skills. Working Days
• Monday to Friday (9:30am to 6:30pm)
• Saturday’s half a day (9:30am to 2:00pm)
