About the Role:
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
 Customize and configure D365 applications (workflows, plugins, integrations)
 Work on Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps
 Develop form scripts using JavaScript, Business Process Flow, and Business Rules
 Manage solution deployment and solution management
 Work on WebAPI integrations
 Use tools like Visual Studio, XRMToolBox, and Postman
 Prepare and maintain technical documentationConduct knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members.

Must Have Skills:
 Experience in at least two D365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service,



Customer Insights) –
 Strong experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
 Canvas App development experience
 JavaScript form scripting
 Solution deployment and integrations
 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification

Valuable to Have Skills:
 C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL
 API and Web Services integrations
 CI/CD pipeline deployment
 PCF Controls development
 Custom connectors for Power Automate
 SharePoint integration with D365/Power Apps
 Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault)
 Power BI reporting
 Data migration (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft)
 Copilot Studio
