Execute reconductoring activities (replacement of old conductors with recent ones like HTLS/ACCC).
Maintain proper tension and sag as per engineering specifications.
Coordinate with:
- Tower crew
- Stringing crew
- Site engineers
Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of equipment.
Monitor stringing speed, load, and alignment during operation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards (PTW, PPE, LOTO where applicable).
Handle emergency shutdowns and troubleshoot operational issues.
