Designation : Travel Consultant

Location : Surat

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ticketing and be well-versed in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.

Responsibilities:
- Issuance & Re-issuance of airline tickets
- EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) fulfillment
- Interpretation of fare rules and ensuring accurate application
- Reporting errors and discrepancies
- Liaising with airlines and service providers for issue resolution
- Processing refunds on airline systems and through BSP Link
- Handling group bookings and coordinating with airlines
- Invoicing for completed transactions
- Expertise in GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo)

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate - Diploma in Travel & Tourism / HSC pass (10+2)



/ equivalent qualifications in travel-related fields

Experience: 2-3 years in ticketing (candidates without ticketing experience will not be considered)

Skills:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Attention to detail, especially in calculations
- Well-organized with multitasking capabilities
- Ability to manage change and work effectively under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus/Galileo
