Responsibilities:
● Strategic Leadership:
○ Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with the
company's overall business objectives.
○ Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to expand market share.
○ Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with organizational
strategy.

● Team Management and Development:
○ Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team across regions.
○ Set explicit performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance
evaluations.
○ Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent to build a strong and sustainable sales
organization.
● Sales Execution:
○ Oversee the implementation of sales strategies and tactics across all regions.
○ Ensure effective sales pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting.
○ Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
● Customer and Partner Relationships:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic
partners.
○ Negotiate and close complex sales deals with major clients.




○ Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless
customer experience.
● Data-Driven Insights:
○ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and
optimization.
○ Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track sales activity and performance.
○ Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
● Industry Leadership:
○ Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging
technologies.
○ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
○ Establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales
leadership role in fintech, Banking/ Sales, EDC Sales.
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to in
