Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-orientated accounts executive/senior accounts executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for a real estate development company. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, receivables, payables, and preparation of financial statements.

Experience in a real estate developer or construction company will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ensure timely reconciliation of bank transactions.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
- Prepare and monitor customer/vendor ledgers and outstanding statements.
- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation, including reconciliation of GST-related transactions.
- Handle TDS accounting, deductions and related records.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.




- Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Prepare trial balance and supporting schedules for monthly/annual closing.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate for timely collections/payments.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in audits and provide required information and documents to auditors.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST and TDS requirements.
- Assist the senior management/accounts head in various accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
