We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager- Sales & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the field of HT, LT, MVCC, and ELasto cables.
This role involves driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify potential clients and close deals.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify recent markets and customer segments. Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and understanding client needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends,



and competitor strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Brand Management: Build and manage the company’s brand. Create brand awareness, ensure brand consistency, and manage the company’s image across various platforms.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company’s strong market presence.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to set sales targets, track performance, and develop plans for improvement if necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management. Track sales data and provide detailed reports on performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
