About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key part of the sales team, responsible for generating a strong pipeline through focused outbound prospecting. Working closely with UK-based Account Executives, you will research and engage potential customers, qualify opportunities,



and ensure promising leads are smoothly passed across for further development.

This is a fast-paced, high-activity role centred around personalised outreach, pipeline creation, and accurate CRM management. You will work alongside the wider sales team to develop account strategies and messaging, test and improve outbound approaches, and contribute to business growth through consistent execution and strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities
- Lead LinkedIn outbound campaigns through targeted and personalised engagement with CTOs, Heads of Engineering and other senior decision-makers.
- Generate a strong, qualified pipeline by identifying ICP-aligned accounts, engaging key prospects and securing qualified meetings for the UK Account Executive team.
