Your role at a glance
The position for Senior Solutions Engineer – Post Sales provides technical support to all INDIA Region Solutions Engineering activities and is responsible for developing and delivering creative and effective solutions that meet existing customer needs and drive business growth. This role is specifically focused on helping close existing hyperscale and enterprise business via data center and product knowledge, solution design, quoting, exceptional presentation skills, and leading tours of the NTT Data GDC facilities.



The Senior Solutions Engineer will ensure the highest standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role requires a technical oriented thinker with a deep understanding of infrastructure engineering as well as MEP systems, and customer requirements, who can build trust, and work collaboratively across various internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Based in the INDIA region and reports to the Director of Central Solutions Engineering Services and works closely with NTT Data GDC Sales Representatives to develop a thorough understanding of existing customer technical requirements particularly electrical, mechanical, fiber network systems.
- Executes the technical solutioning of existing hyperscale/enterprise client requirements in alignment with NTT Data GDC company goals and objectives.
