The employees mentioned below role is responsible for Overall Offline merchant Integration, Key task is for aligning and coordinating both internally & externally with various product/tech stakeholders:

· API Integration Support:

o Provide end-to-end walkthrough for EDC and DQR integrations with merchants.

o Assist merchants in implementing Paytm APIs, callbacks, and transaction flows.

· DLL and Library Support:

o Coordinate with product and development teams for new merchant requirements.

o Test and validate DLL library updates in staging and production, especially for Morefun and wired EDC device integrations.

· SDK & App Invoke Integration:

o Support government merchants with SDK integration and App Invoke flow setup.

o Raise requests to the Product and QA teams, test integration end-to-end in the staging setting, and validate final deployment.

· Merchant App Release Coordination (App-Invoke):

o Manage the app release process, coordinating with Compliance and NOC teams for final app push to PAX Store or Paytm devices.

· Device-Level Technical Support:

o Provide code-level debugging and log analysis for transaction failures, callback issues, and communication errors.
