Role Overview

This is a high-impact Business Finance role focused on enabling strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and insights. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, driving planning cycles, forecasting, and performance tracking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for business verticals in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop long-term Business plan and short-term financial plans for the organization and new business initiatives
- Continuously refresh forecasts and outlooks based on evolving business dynamics
- Publish month financial outlooks and KPI’s for the financial leadership team

2. Business Performance & Analysis
- Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) and organization-wide performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and growth
- Evaluate actual performance vs. business plans, identifying key variances and drivers, Analyze costs, and margins.

Strategic Decision Support
- Perform scenario planning and “what-if” analyses, especially for CapEx and strategic initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making

4. Reporting & Analytics
- Develop executive-level dashboards and performance reports for CXOs and Board reviews
- Leverage tools like Excel and Power BI to build automated and scalable reporting solutions

Minimum Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A; / Business Finance

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel (complex financial modeling)
- Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and analytics
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Exposure to data automation, open-source tools, or AI-based solutions is an added advantage

Core Competencies
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skill
