Job Purpose

To support the organization's project development and operational objectives by managing relationships with government authorities, regulatory agencies, local communities, industry bodies, and security stakeholders. The role is responsible for facilitating approvals, strengthening stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective security coordination, and mitigating external risks impacting business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment & Regulatory Relations

Develop and maintain robust relationships with central, state, and local government authorities.
Liaise with regulatory bodies for obtaining statutory approvals, permits, licenses, and clearances.
Monitor developments in government policies, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to business operations.
Coordinate with departments and authorities to facilitate timely approvals and resolve project-related issues.
Support compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.





Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, village leaders, influential stakeholders, and external agencies.
Support stakeholder engagement activities for project development, construction, and operational phases.
Address stakeholder concerns and facilitate timely resolution of grievances.
Represent the organization in discussions with external stakeholders as required.
Foster a positive operating environment for business and project activities.

Security Coordination & Risk Management

Liaise with local police, district administration, intelligence agencies, and security authorities to support site security requirements.
Coordinate with external security agencies and internal security teams to ensure effective implementation of security measures.
