We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst with around 1 year of experience in a consumer app or product-based environment. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL and MongoDB, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business metrics for consumer applications.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Work with MongoDB collections for querying and validating application data.
- Build dashboards, reports, and internal tools using Retool.
- Track and analyze user engagement and funnels using Mixpanel.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs and create regular performance reports.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
- Demonstrate high ownership in handling tasks independently and driving projects to completion.





Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a consumer app/product company
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Retool and Mixpanel.
- Understanding of MCPS/workflow integrations is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with product analytics and user behavior data.
- Familiarity with dashboards, automation, and internal tooling.
- Basic understanding of experimentation/A-B testing concepts.
