Location: Mumbai (Looking for Mumbai-based candidates)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop product features aligned with business requirements.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and client product teams.
- Create and manage release plans for product updates and new releases.
- Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internal use.
- Communicate client requirements effectively to the engineering team.
- Understand technical architecture and system workflows.
- Interpret product flows conveyed by the client and ensure accurate relay to the engineering team.
- Ensure changes implemented by the internal team are correct and aligned with requirements; suggest improvements where necessary.
- Take full product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of Financial Markets and Derivatives Markets.
- Proficiency in Figma and JIRA.
- Proven experience in drafting PRDs.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Candidates from the FinTech domain preferred — must possess strong market knowledge and familiarity with financial products, trading systems, and market operations.
