Senior Recruiter – IT Staffing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates for US IT and technical requirements using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers/BDEs to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage multiple open positions while meeting submission and closure targets.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in the ATS.




- Stay updated on technology trends, talent availability, and market conditions.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support the team in achieving recruitment goals.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably US IT staffing.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Valuable understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements.
