We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager – Sales to lead sales and business growth for our FOFO (Franchisee-Owned, Franchisee-Operated) branch in the residential modular interiors segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sales for residential modular interior projects.

• Own business targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

• Manage and convert leads into successful bookings through effective sales strategies.

• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their interior design requirements.

• Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.

• Develop strategies to improve conversion, revenue and overall branch performance.

• Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Track sales funnel, pipeline, conversions and key business metrics.

• Identify market opportunities and strengthen the branch's presence in the local market.





• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, must have at least 1 year experience in residential modular interiors industry.

• Candidates with experience specifically in modular kitchen, wardrobes and residential interior solutions will be strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage a team and drive performance independently.

• Robust understanding of the residential interiors market and customer buying journey.

• Target-oriented, commercially driven and customer-focused approach.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice periods are preferred.

Compensation:

Salary will be offered based on current CTC, relevant experience and industry-standard hike.
