Assess and plan nursing care requirements for patients.
Record medical histories and maintain patient records.
Collect patient samples and monitor vital signs such as pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures.
Assist doctors in diagnosis and treatment by providing focused support.
Perform assessments, collect data, and document both subjective (e.g., chief complaints, allergies) and objective data (e.g., vital signs, weight).
Evaluate the urgency and severity of medical issues and refer patients to appropriate clinicians or services as needed.
Manage patient flow and handle Point of Care Testing (POCT) devices for Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) screening.
Work under the guidance of the Project Coordinator and Medical Officers, following instructions from the head office.
Maintain electronic records of patient details and escalate any issues to the Project Coordinator.
Support all project activities and goals, including assisting IT staff with troubleshooting technical issues related to healthcare services.
