About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with expertise in .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead high-performing development teams and deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in software engineering, project management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.
Oversee multiple projects across Fixed Price and T&M; engagement models, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure effective collaboration across distributed teams.
Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, D365 CRM, Power Platform, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.




Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, and support initiatives across business functions.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Drive the adoption of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Azure Services, and Cloud-Native Solutions.
Oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), monitoring, and automation frameworks.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.
Ensure application security, scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
