About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Digital Growth Executives.

This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career across Digital Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Brand Acquisition, Publisher Acquisition, and Client Servicing.

The role will provide hands-on exposure to the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem, including working with brands, advertisers, publishers, agencies, and clients.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with positive communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and digital marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Research and identify potential brands, advertisers, agencies, and businesses.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
Pitch the company's digital marketing, advertising,



and media solutions to potential clients.
Follow up with leads and prospects and assist in converting them into clients.
Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Work towards achieving assigned acquisition and business development targets.

Brand Acquisition

Identify and approach potential brands and advertisers.
Build relationships with brand representatives, marketing professionals, and decision-makers.
Understand brand requirements and explore suitable digital marketing and advertising opportunities.
Assist in onboarding new brands and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Publisher Acquisition

Identify and connect with relevant publishers, websites, content platforms, and digital media partners.
Conduct outreach and cold calling to potential publishers.
Understand publisher requirements and explore partnership opportunities.
Assist in onboarding publishers
