Your Impact:

We are seeking a Principal Software Architect to lead the evolution of OpenText's Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform into a up-to-date, cloud-native architecture powered by the Core Identity Foundation (CIF). This strategic platform serves as the foundation for OpenText's next-generation IAM offerings, delivering secure, scalable,



and resilient identity services across both multi-tenant and dedicated deployment models.
As a key technical leader, you will define the architecture that enables enterprises to govern, secure, and manage human, machine, and emerging AI-driven identities at scale. You will help shape the future of identity by expanding support for modern authentication, authorization, identity governance, privileged access, and agentic AI security capabilities, further reinforcing OpenText's leadership position in the identity and access management market.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in distributed cloud systems with a strong background in identity standards, cybersecurity architecture, and enterprise-scale IAM platforms.
