Key Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of budgeted sales and quota targets for existing stores within the managed categories.
Plan, monitor, and control Open-to-Buy (OTB) in alignment with targeted Margin of Investment (MOI) objectives.
Maintain regular and structured communication with store teams to review performance, understand operational challenges, and obtain actionable feedback.
Ensure effective adoption, management, and ongoing monitoring of enterprise systems and processes related to merchandising, inventory, and reporting.
Maintain healthy stock availability across stores to support planned sales and minimize lost opportunities.
Monitor and control head item availability to ensure optimal assortment, visibility, and consistency across stores.
Analyze sales,



inventory, and system reports to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and initiate corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, IT, and Retail Operations to ensure smooth execution of category strategies.
