Job Description: Program Coordinator | Learning & Marketing

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Program Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our learning programmes and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Responsibilities

* Coordinate course schedules, batch logistics, instructor/moderator coordination and learner communication.
* Support smooth execution of live classes and ensure required learning materials and processes are in place.
* Track attendance, engagement and feedback, and assist in resolving operational issues.
* Support ongoing learning projects and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for courses, batches and other initiatives.
* Assist with social media content, calendars, basic Canva creatives and promotional communications.
* Support lead generation and follow-up activities across WhatsApp, email, calls and other channels.
* Track campaign and lead data and provide basic insights to support marketing and growth decisions.
