Project Manager – DevOps (AWS + Azure)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager – DevOps (AWS + Azure) to mentor and guide learner teams in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native and DevOps solutions. The PM will support learners through a structured, sprint-based XPro, helping them understand AWS & Azure cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, monitoring, and deployment concepts.
The role requires solid facilitation and communication skills to simplify complex DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Guide learners in AWS & Azure cloud environments, DevOps practices, and deployment workflows.
• Support teams in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor learners in Docker, Kubernetes, cloud architecture, security, and best practices.
• Lead learner teams across sprints, assign tasks, track progress, and review deliverables.
• Conduct weekly meetings, provide feedback, and prepare teams for Product Owner presentations.
Ensure professional learner engagement and support agile project execution.
