Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Lead Java Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing, modernizing, and delivering large-scale enterprise applications and platforms.
The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Java architecture, microservices, enterprise integration, cloud-native technologies, performance engineering, and technical leadership. The candidate should be comfortable working hands-on with engineering teams while providing architectural direction and driving complex technology initiatives.
Experience in the Hospitality, Lodging, Travel, Reservation, or Booking domain will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications using Java 17/21+,



Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and Apache Camel.
Lead the modernization of legacy and monolithic applications into microservices-based and cloud-native architectures.
Remain hands-on with coding, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), troubleshooting, design reviews, and code reviews.
Design and implement complex upstream and downstream integrations using REST APIs, events, messaging, file-based integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
Define and implement resilient architecture patterns, including Circuit Breaker, Retry, Timeout, Caching, Idempotency, Saga, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Drive improvements in performance, scalability, availability, reliability, security, and observability.
Work across application and data layers, including SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, data access, and persistence technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence
