Job Description
Supports Columbia Threadneedle Investments' Fund Treasury and Private Fund Oversight functions across Mutual Funds, ETFs, Collective Investment Trusts (CITs), and Private/Hedge Funds. Candidate is responsible for supporting Treasury Oversight team, which involves Expense Analysis, invoice processing and reporting activities across multiple products. Additionally supports accounting oversight functions for private funds ensuring accurate fund administration, operational effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
Accountable for administering compensation and deferred compensation plans for Mutual Fund Boards, Private Funds Board and supporting the preparation of annual Board Expenditures reports. Accountable for overseeing all funds vendor suppliers using established oversight tools to ensure timely receipt and processing of all vendor invoices across products i.e. mutual funds, ETFs, collective investment trust funds and private/hedge funds.
