Role Description The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and delivery of core features on the Planorama platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves guiding a cross-functional engineering team, conducting code reviews, setting technical standards, and mentoring team members. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures,



and will participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and incident resolution. The role also includes optimizing existing systems, improving deployment pipelines, and championing best practices in security, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications
Solid expertise in software architecture and system design, with experience leading end-to-end implementation of complex, scalable platforms.
Proficiency React/Next.js, TypeScript, Python/Django, and PostgreSQL with solid knowledge of APIs and microservices.
Background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and monitoring tools.
Build and maintain integrations with WhatsApp/Meta APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, email providers, and other third-party services.
