Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Senior Consultant to lead the delivery of end-to-end implementations and support financial transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on configuration experience within Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities





Lead the implementation and optimisation of Workday Financials solutionsConfigure and support key modules, including:General LedgerAccounts Payable / ReceivableProcurementExpensesProjects / Grants (highly desirable, especially in public sector environments)Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirementsTranslate requirements into functional specifications and solution designsSupport integration design and data migration activitiesLead testing phases including SIT, UAT, and deploymentProvide strategic guidance on financial transformation and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting teams

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of Workday Financials experienceProven track record delivering end-to-end Workday Financials implementationsStrong understanding of Workday Financial Data ModelExperience with Business Assets and Accounting Confi
