Job Summary:

The Consultant Manual Testing is responsible for owning end-to-end testing activities for projects, including requirement analysis, test strategy, test design, and execution. The role involves managing testing across SDLC and STLC phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving defect management.

Key Skills

3–6 years of experience in Manual Testing




Robust understanding of Software Testing methodologies and best practices
Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle
Experience in test planning, test case design, and execution
Ability to design test scenarios and ensure test coverage
Experience in defect management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in API testing (Postman/SoapUI)
Understanding of different testing types (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and define test scenarios and test approach
Design and review test cases and ensure adequate test coverage
Execute test cases and manage end-to-end testing activities
Identify, log, track, and ensure closure of defects
Prepare and maintain RTM and test documentation
Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Support test planning
