Role: Scrum Master / Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (Work from Office- Monday to Friday)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Relevant Experience: 3–5 Years as Scrum Master / Agile Project Lead
Travel Requirement: Candidates should be able to commute to the office within a maximum travel time of 60 minutes.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Scrum Master / Project Manager to drive and support Agile delivery across one or more cross-functional teams.
The role will focus on enabling effective Agile execution, facilitating collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality. The ideal candidate will be delivery-oriented,
proactive, and capable of identifying and resolving challenges while continuously improving team processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support one or more Agile teams in delivering committed outcomes within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
Track sprint progress, project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively drive their resolution.
Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or delivery.
Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum principles while applying a pragmatic approach based on project and organizational needs.
