Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO)



will provide strategic and operational leadership for all technology initiatives at Nephrocare India, ensuring that digital solutions effectively support clinical care, diagnostics, patient experience, and business operations. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves overseeing software and product development, defining and implementing IT strategy, and guiding technology architecture to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The CTO will manage technology projects end-to-end, collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and ensure robust, secure, and scalable systems for electronic health records, diagnostic platforms, and internal tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring technology teams, evaluating and integrating current technologies, managing vendor relationships, optimizing infrastructure and cybersecurity, and driving continuous improvement in
