Job Description
he ERP Support Specialist provides support for Hines incoming support requests, troubleshoot and research ERP related system issues, and tests enhancements and system upgrades.
This position is a member of the Application Support Team reporting directly to the Director, Integrated Technology Solutions and Support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide end-user support for both domestic and international users of the Hines financial systems, assisting with application-related challenges.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues by analyzing and replicating problems. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when appropriate.
