Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer (SDE 2) to design, build, and maintain scalable data systems and pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on experience with contemporary data engineering tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows
- Build and maintain robust production-grade data systems
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
- Implement real-time and batch data processing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems
- Manage and optimize cloud-based data infrastructure
- Implement CI/CD practices for data platforms

Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills with solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)




- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow
- Experience with cloud data warehouses
- Strong knowledge of AWS ecosystem
- Experience with AWS Redshift
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience in building and maintaining production data systems
- Knowledge of streaming data platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, real-time pipelines)
- Experience with AWS services such as:
- Glue
- DMS
- Athena
- IAM
- CloudWatch
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data platforms

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Exposure to data modeling and data architecture
- Understanding of performance tuning and optimization
