Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage day to day activities of the team and their performance.
2. Monitoring calls and guide Tele-callers to achieve and improve on the performance & delegating task to team members.
3. Set goals and handle tele-callers by coaching on sound Collection practices, role plays and provides regular feedback to tele-callers.
4. Ensure team meets daily Collection target.
5. Preparing Roster, shrinkage and attrition calculation, Agent report etc.
6. Inspiring the team to achieve team and organizational goals.
7. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
8. Conducting/ facilitating training of team members to maximize their potential.
9. Conducting weekly performance review.
10. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Academic Qualifications
