Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Zoho Applications to lead end-to-end
implementation and delivery of Zoho solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have handson experience managing Zoho projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring
timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho
People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho One, etc.)
 Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
 Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Zoho
solutions.
 Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
 Coordinate with developers, consultants, QA,



and stakeholders to ensure smooth
execution.
 Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; take proactive corrective
actions.
 Ensure scope control, quality assurance, and on-time project delivery.
 Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and internal reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
 Proven experience as a Project Manager handling Zoho applications
 Solid knowledge of Zoho ecosystem.
 Experience working in a Zoho Partner / service-based organization (preferred)
 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Experience with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, or similar
