Qualification:



MS/ME/MTech in Aerospace/ Electrical / Communications Engineering or any other related field, although this is secondary to relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Design of Pointing, Acquisition and Tracking (PAT) systems for optical communication systems for mobile platforms (ships, aircraft and satellites etc.)
- Explore, model and design control systems for 2-axis / 3-axis gimbals
- Drive component selection, specification of interfaces etc.
- Development and Implementation of PAT and GNC algorithms on embedded platforms
- Contribute to system design end-to-end from concept through testing and deployment
- Documentation/ presentation on design, lab & field tests
- Contribute to peer and external design reviews

Required Skills/Experience
- 2-3 years in Modeling, Simulation of control systems
- Familiarity with classical and modern control system methods
- Familiarity with discrete time signal processing (FIR, IIR filters
