About the Role
We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team and collaborate closely with Senior DevOps Engineers. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow while actively contributing to our infrastructure and deployment processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Senior DevOps Engineers to gain a deep understanding of our tech stack and microservices architecture.
- Manage and troubleshoot Data Dog monitoring systems to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Develop and maintain a robust monitoring and alerting system for applications.
- Assist developers in the deployment process using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform environment maintenance to ensure smooth system operations.
- Handle GitHub repository management, resolving conflicts, workflow issues, and merge problems.
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience with Azure cloud platform.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
- Proficiency in Data Dog for monitoring and analytics.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Terraform
- Excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Knowledge of Timescale DB.
- Prior experience in a DevOps or similar technical role.
