· Review of the Tender Documents, BOQ, Rate Analysis
· Floating of enquiries to respective vendors, coordination & follow-up for supply and rates, finding recent vendors.
· Estimating value of work to quote, and preparing final Estimation report
· Comparative statement preparation for respective quotations received from various vendors, negotiations with vendors.
· Recommendation for Finalization of vendor based on the comparative statement analysis
· Issuance of work orders and keeping records of all relevant data
· Project Planning & Scheduling, providing ready to live support to site execution team
· Overseeing project activities, providing support in execution whenever required
· Monitoring vendors performance, keeping their NC records and taking necessary measures to improve his performance
· Coordination with clients & consultants, follow-up for working drawings, decisions, specification finalization, etc.
Assisting in liasoning part, visiting related offices to get the work permits
