Key Responsibilities
-Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and creative sourcing methods
-Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
-Conduct initial screening and ensure candidate quality and alignment
-Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals
What We’re Looking For
-2–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
-Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and tools
-Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
-Self-driven, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
