The Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, fund management, compliance, & financial reporting, ensuring effective control over the company’s financial resources & supporting leadership in timely & informed decision-making.
The primary focus of the role is CMA preparation, bank coordination, fund raising, & management of bank guarantees & credit facilities, along with basic accounting control, compliance oversight, & coordination with credit rating agencies to achieve & improve the company’s credit rating.
Key Responsibilities
1. CMA Preparation & Fund Raising
• Prepare, submit, & update CMA data for banks & financial institutions.
• Lead fund raising activities including term loans, working capital limits & enhancements.
• Support due diligence & financial evaluations required by lenders.

2. Banking Operations & Credit Facilities
• Coordinate with banks for BG, LC & credit facility issuance, renewal & enhancement.
• Ensure availability of banking limits aligned with project & business needs.




• Maintain solid working relationships with bankers & financial institutions.

3. Credit Rating Coordination
• Coordinate with credit rating agencies for data submission, clarifications & reviews.
• Support management in achieving & maintaining targeted credit ratings.
• Address rating observations & implement improvement actions.

4. Financial MIS, Planning & Budgeting
• Prepare monthly financial MIS, key ratios, & performance analysis.
• Develop annual budgets, fund flow, & cash flow statements.
• Monitor variances & highlight financial risks & corrective actions.

5. Accounting Control, Compliance & Audit
• Ensure accuracy of books of accounts & financial records.
• Manage statutory, regulatory, & bank compliance within defined timelines.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, & bank audits & close observations promptly.
