JOB PURPOSE

Lead the team to review designs, plan, execute and complete all Civil & Building works, in coordination with other stakeholders and ensure implementation of the same adhering to safety & quality standards within specified time & cost. Anticipate the risks and propose mitigation measures for project completion. Guide and motivate the team in delivery of the project.

Ensure coordination and assistance to procurement team for Technical and Commercial inputs in tendering including finalizing the specifications in line with technical specs defined in EPC contract and all relevant codal provisions, vendor evaluation and finalization

- Design deliverables Management: Ensure the designs are finalized from constructability perspective from conceptual stage to detailed designs by coordinating with EPC contractors’ team, consultants and other stakeholders of the Projects including IE and Govt.
