Role Overview
We are hiring a agile, expressive, and performance-driven In-House Content Creator to become one
of the faces of our brand.
Thisis not a casual influencer role.
You will create high-volume short-form content designed for:
● Instagram Reels
● YouTube Shorts
● Paid Meta Ads
Your content must be built forscroll-stopping hooks,strong retention, persuasion, and conversion.
You will be fully supported by a dedicated videographer and editor.
Your primary responsibility is on-camera delivery,storytelling, and high-volume execution.
Production Expectations
Thisis a high-velocity role.
Expected output:
● 5–8 short-form videos pershoot day
● 20–30 performance-ready creatives per week
● Multiple hook variations perscript
● Batch shooting to maintain a continuous creative pipeline
Content here is produced, tested,scaled, replaced, and iterated continuously.




Comfort with volume and repetition is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
1. On-Camera Brand Representation
● Be a consistent on-screen face across Reels, Ads, and Short-form content
● Deliver confident, engaging, and persuasive scripts
● Build relatability and trust within the first 3 seconds
2. Performance-Oriented Content Creation
Create structured short-form videos including:
● Problem → Solution formats
● UGC-style testimonials
● Product demonstrations
● Objection-handling scripts
● Before/after or routine explainers
● Trend-based content
● Product/ingredient explanations
● Paid-ad-first creatives
You must understand what makes people stop scrolling.
3. Hook & Retention Focus
● Deliver strong scroll-stopping hooks
● Shoot multiple hook variations for testing
● Adapt tone for different audience awarenesslevels
● Execute scripts with clarity and conviction
4. Collaboration & Execution
