Job Description
· Physical Stock Verification
· Plan, schedule and conduct physical verification and stock audits as per stipulated timelines.
· Ensure Stocktaking is done every 14 months and two stock takings for every store in a year.
· Tally Physical cash with System Cash.
· Stock verification of the Fixed Assets in the stores.
· Scan the entire stock item wise and reconcile stock with the stock in the system.
· Report and adjust excess or shortage as per the norms specified.
· Identify leakages and initiate the process of recovery if required
· Must have SAP & Advance excel knowledge.

· Reporting & MIS
· Create ageing reports daily, weekly and monthly.
· Create Daily Sales report – Like to Like Business.
· Create brand-wise Open to buy reports on a weekly basis.




· Create Mark-up statements to assess Targeted Inventory vs Actual for enabling buying decisions by management.
· Create Monthly Gross Sales, Net Sales and Closing Stock reports.
· Reconcile inventory held beyond 45 days and analyze the root causes.
· Reconcile End of Season Sales with P&L; statement.
· Reconciliation of stock for Ecommerce business.

· Process Efficiency and Automation
· Check if all the transactions are flowing to SAP from different integrated platforms.
· To ensure smooth internal transfers from one store to another.
· Following up with Stores for stock received or not received as the case may be.
· Following up and updating the system.
