We are seeking a highly skilled and
data-driven Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to plan, execute, and
optimize digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and
other paid media platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with
performance marketing, comfortable working with analytics and tracking tools,
and capable of translating insights into actions that improve ROI, lead
quality, and overall business growth.

Key
Responsibilities

1.
Campaign Development & Optimization

· Plan, launch, and manage
performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms to
achieve CPL/CPA and ROI targets.

· Continuously optimize campaigns
through audience refinement, bidding strategies, creative testing, and funnel
improvements.

· Set up and maintain conversion
tracking, pixels, UTMs, and goal measurement to ensure accurate performance
attribution.

· Design and run A/B tests (ad
copies, audiences, landing pages) and present findings with explicit
recommendations.

2. Data
Analytics & Reporting

· Collect, organize, and analyze




campaign-level and channel-level data to identify trends, gaps, and growth
opportunities.

· Build and maintain performance
dashboards/reports to share weekly and monthly results with stakeholders.

· Track and report on key metrics
such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel drop-offs
using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Tag Manager.

· Translate data into actionable
insights to improve efficiency and scale.

3.
Budget & Performance Management

· Assist in planning and
distributing monthly/quarterly digital marketing budgets across channels based
on goals and historical performance.

· Monitor daily spends to ensure
alignment with budgets and pacing plans.

· Recommend reallocation of
budgets across campaigns/channels to maximize business outcomes.

4.
Competition & Industry Monitoring

· Conduct regular competitor and
keyword/ad creative benchmarking to identify
