Job Description
- Review and document change requests, managing the approval process and ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place.
- Manage change requests for various Biz units, prioritizing them based on impact and urgency, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Communicate scheduled blackout/freeze periods to ensure proper risk mitigation during high-priority times
- Generate change advisory board (CAB) meeting agenda
- Facilitate CAB meetings, manage follow-up items, and document CAB meeting minutes
- Attend daily change review meetings,
- Attend weekly meetings to review their changes.
- Send out daily major change communication.
- Review Knowledge
