Job Description:

Role Overview

The Area Service Engineer will manage complex field-service issues involving industrial and diesel engines. The role combines technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, campaign ownership, commissioning support, and development of field-service teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate critical field complaints and identify root causes.
- Prepare transparent and technically accurate root-cause analysis reports.
- Manage field campaigns from planning through effective closure.
- Support installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and failure analysis of industrial engines.
- Troubleshoot diesel-engine and aftertreatment-system issues.
- Coach and mentor field engineers to improve technical capability and service quality.
- Coordinate timely corrective actions with relevant service stakeholders.
