Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver best-in-class lending experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications for Paytm’s lending products

Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend code

Develop reusable components and frontend libraries for scalability and consistency

Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow

Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing

Participate in feature planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js (preferred)

Good understanding of state management, component-based architecture, and REST APIs

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Familiarity with Git, version control, and agile development practices

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
