KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company's long-term strategic vision and growth roadmap with the core brands
- Identify current business opportunities, market expansion strategies, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Drive business planning, annual operating plans, and strategic initiatives across all brands and business units.
- Lead transformation projects to improve scalability, efficiency, and profitability.

Business Performance & P&L; Management
- Own and drive overall business performance, revenue growth, margins, and profitability targets.
- Monitor business KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics across channels.
- Review performance dashboards and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sustainable sales growth while maintaining healthy inventory and working capital levels.

Retail & Commercial Excellence
- Oversee retail operations, sales performance, customer experience, and commercial execution.
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning,



supply chain, marketing, digital commerce, and finance teams to optimize business outcomes.
- Ensure consistent execution of business strategies across stores, regions, and channels.
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and customer retention.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with all C-level executives including Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, and Merchandising leadership teams.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across functions to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO on strategic, operational, and commercial matters.

Operational Excellence
- Establish operational frameworks, governance mechanisms, and performance management systems.
- Improve organizational effectiveness through process optimization and technology adoption.
