Position Summary

VF Corporation is seeking a BI Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.

The role combines Business Intelligence, data engineering, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT and analytics. The engineer will transform complex business and operational data into reliable, scalable datasets, analytical models, dashboards and reporting solutions used for business decision-making.

Data Engineer – BI/Analytics/ BI Data Engineer

7-9+ years of experience in BI Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Strong hands-on SQL development experience.

Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing.

Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines.

Experience building BI dashboards and reporting solutions.





Experience working with large datasets and complex data transformations.

Solid understanding of data quality, validation and reconciliation.

Experience with the following combination would be particularly valuable:

SQL + Python/PySpark + ETL + Data Modeling + BI + Cloud Data Warehouse,Tableau

Exposure to TaMicroStrategy, Looker, BigQuery, AWS, Spark, Airflow or Redshift would be highly desirable.
