A skilled and adaptable IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems, networking, and internal reporting structures. This role involves managing and optimizing ERP Lighthouse system (Oracle SQL database), ensuring seamless networking, and leading the implementation of data reporting tools like Power BI. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills, a problem-solving
mindset, and a passion for leveraging technology (including AI tools like ChatGPT and Custom GPTs) to enhance efficiency.
The IT Manager will lead the IT function, with the potential to hire and manage one additional team member in the future for operational support.Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure & Networking
• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, including network infrastructure,
security, and backups.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshooting of internal networks, VPNs,
and firewalls.
• Implement best practices for data security and IT compliance.
2. ERP Management & Database Administration
• Oversee and optimize ERP Lighthouse with an Oracle SQL database.




• Ensure data integrity, system updates, and troubleshooting for ERP-related
issues.
• Work with different departments to improve ERP workflows and efficiency.
3. Reporting & Business Intelligence
• Develop an extensive reporting structure for real-time data analysis and decision making.
• Utilize Power BI or similar tools to create dashboards and reports for different
departments.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure data-driven decision-making.
4. Collaboration & Communication Tools
• Manage internal communication tools like Slack and task management
platforms like Asana.
• Train employees on best practices for using IT tools efficiently.
• Implement AI-based solutions like ChatGPT and Custom GPTs to automate
workflows and assist employees.
