Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be involved in:

1. Business Valuations
- Assisting in business and equity valuations.
- Financial analysis and preparation of valuation models.
- Working with valuation methodologies and relevant financial information.
- Preparing reports and presentations for clients.

2. Income Tax – Corporate & Non-Corporate
- Handling income-tax assignments for companies, firms, LLPs, and individuals.
- Preparation and review of tax computations and returns.
- Tax research and assisting with tax advisory assignments.
- Supporting clients on tax-related matters and assessments.

3. Virtual CFO & Financial Advisory Services
- Preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Variance analysis and performance review.
- Cash-flow analysis and financial planning.
- Assisting clients in understanding financial and operational performance.

4. Audit Support Services
- Providing audit support to domestic and international clients.




- Preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assisting with audit documentation and accounting-related queries.
- Coordinating with clients and audit teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.

5. US GAAP & Offshore Client Services
- Willingness to learn and work on US GAAP accounting and financial reporting.
- Opportunity to work with offshore/international clients.
- Communicating with international clients and understanding their accounting and reporting requirements.
- Exposure to international accounting and finance practices.

Requirements
Qualification & Experience

CA Intermediate or CA Final – pursuing or completed.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after completion of articleship.
Prior experience in taxation, audit, accounting, valuation, or financial reporting will be an advantage.
Candidates with a learning mindset and willingness to take up recent areas of work are strongly preferred.
